Book with confidence with our coronavirus refund guarantee

How to book - two ways

If you wish, you can pay a deposit by card online now to book places on your chosen holiday. Follow the instructions on the reservations page, take care to select the correct holiday and date; if you can’t find the date you wanted, it is already fully booked or the final places are being held as a preliminary reservation. You will then be taken to the secure checkout.

Important - you need to make sure you book flights or train tickets to coincide with the free transfer (if you are using it), there is only one at the start and end of the holiday, picking up in the afternoon and dropping off at midday. We will contact you to finalise your booking.

For self guided holidays you need to check current availability with us first, and we’ll provide a booking reference number.

If you’re in less of a hurry, booking your holiday couldn't be easier, just follow the steps below.

Reserving your holiday

You can make a preliminary reservation at no cost to give you time to speak to other members of your party and to book travel arrangements.

Your preliminary reservation gives you first option on the rooms you have booked for a period of 5 days. If you do not book within this time your reservation will lapse. If you need more time please give us a call.

Please contact us with your chosen dates and room requirements, or email us your telephone number and we'll phone back at a time to suit you. We will contact you to confirm availability and send you a booking form.

Confirming your holiday

Having read and agreed our terms and conditions please complete the booking form and send it to us, at which point we will raise an initial invoice for the non refundable deposit of £150 per person. Your payment should be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (see booking form for more information).

We will then send you written confirmation, showing the deposit you have paid and the balance remaining and the date by which this payment must reach us. We will send you a reminder and final invoice when the balance is due.

Payment of balance

The balance due for your holiday is payable ten weeks prior to your arrival. If your booking is made within ten weeks of your arrival we will require the full payment with the booking.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
